About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Consultant to support infrastructure consulting assignments for Government, Multilateral Agencies, Urban Local Bodies, and Public Sector Organizations. The incumbent will be responsible for financial modelling, project viability assessment, PPP advisory and transaction support.
Preference would be for following sectors:
- Urban Infrastructure
- Transport
- Energy.

The role requires extensive experience in developing bankable financial models, preparing financial feasibility studies, supporting DPRs, and advising public sector clients on project structuring, funding mechanisms and investment decisions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities: Financial Modelling & Project Evaluation:
- Develop robust financial models for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare project cash flow models, revenue models, cost estimates, and lifecycle financial analysis.
- Conduct project feasibility, affordability, and bankability assessments.
- Perform project valuation using DCF, NPV, IRR, Payback Period,



and Sensitivity Analysis.
- Develop scenario analysis and risk-based financial simulations.
- Build funding and financing structures for public infrastructure projects.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Support infrastructure and PPP advisory through demand assessment, revenue modelling, feasibility studies, transaction advisory, and project funding analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and reporting to assess project viability and support investment decisions.
- Prepare and deliver transparent, professional presentations and effectively communicate Project/Project financial insights to clients and senior stakeholders.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Mandatory Post-Graduation in Finance: MBA / PGDM (Finance)/ Master of Finance/Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience:
- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Financial Advisory.
- Experience with Government C
