Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and monitor the progress of work.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, and specifications.
Read and understand architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture drawings.
Manage carpentry, civil work, painting, false ceiling, flooring, wallpaper, stone, glass, and other finishing activities.
Take site measurements.
Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and share updates with the project manager.
Monitor labour attendance and allocate work efficiently.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
Inspect materials received and verify their quality and quantity.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team to resolve them.
Maintain quality control and ensure flawless finishing.




Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized site.
Coordinate client site visits and explain work progress.
Maintain site documentation, including drawings, revisions, work orders, and approvals.
Conduct snag inspections before project handover.
Ensure all punch-list items are completed before final handover.
