SAP Request to Service (R2S) / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant – Global Template Rollout
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Request to Service (R2S) / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to support global template rollout programs across multiple regions and business units. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, template localization, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities for service management processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Experience Required

Overall 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and rollout programs.

Mandatory experience with at least one end-to-end SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service rollout in a global template environment.
Must Have Skills & ExperienceSAP S/4HANA Service / Request to Service (R2S)

Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service / Request to Service process design, configuration, and implementation.

Hands-on experience in global template rollout projects, including:

Cutover and go-live support

SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) Background

Strong hands-on experience with SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) module.
