What You Will Do *
- Responsible for managing and controlling the Design & Development of Test Equipment projects ( ATE).
- Manages overall project scheduling and budget, requirements, reliability, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for medium or large projects.
- Global Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration.
- Handle procurement, supplier negotiations and Installation of Equipment’s.
- Ensure compliance with Finance and SCM for all projects.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, provides explicit project status updates, and manages competing priorities and change requests to ensure alignment and project continuity.
- Monitor, mitigate, and communicate risks across cost, schedule, technical design, quality, safety, compliance, supply chain, and operational readiness to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in ATE projects by reviewing lessons learned and implementing enhancements.
- Seamless interface with logistics team in importing/exporting commodities and resolving
