Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
with a robust background in production support engagement, system reliability, and monitoring & alerting. The role requires close collaboration with Production Support teams to ensure high availability, performance, and stability of critical systems, while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Act as a primary interface between Engineering and Production Support, ensuring seamless incident handling and issue resolution.
Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively detect system issues.
Leverage tools such as Splunk, Tableau, and ServiceNow for log analysis, dashboards, alerts, incident tracking, and reporting.
Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs in partnership with product and support teams.
