This role offers the opportunity to support resource planning and project operations within a collaborative PMO environment.
You will help optimize resource allocation, maintain project governance processes, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple initiatives.
The position combines coordination, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management to enable effective project delivery.
You will work closely with project managers, HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve workforce planning and operational visibility.

Accountabilities:




- Coordinate resource staffing requests and support the timely deployment and redeployment of employees across projects and business functions.
- Monitor resource availability, bench status, upcoming project roll-offs, and support effective bench management and workforce utilization.
- Maintain and update resource allocation systems, dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports to ensure accurate operational data.
- Prepare and support regular reporting activities, including utilization reports, capacity planning, resource status updates, and risk tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to maintain resource plans, project assignments, contracts, and billing information.
- Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, deployment discussions, governance reviews, and project planning sessions.
- Validate and monitor timesheets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other project-related documentation.
- Maintain centralized project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes
