The Painting Manager will be primarily responsible to ensure that the execution with quality and compliance of coating applications meets the specifications and standards of the client, the manufacturer, and the relevant authorities by verifying surface preparation, execution of jobs and handling the manpower and team, monitoring coating applications, conducting inspections, and documenting findings. He is also responsible to ensure that the subcontractors engaged for surface preparation and coating implement a robust monitoring and measurement system to achieve the desired quality

About the job:
- Develop and implement Surface preparation & coating procedure.
- Define and implement surface preparation and coating inspection and surveillance program (QCP/ ITP) in keeping with client / project requirements.
- Develop and implement targets and KPIs/ targets against surface preparation and coating processes.
- Review and approve subcontractor surface preparation & coating procedure.
- Supervise the subcontractor activities to ens
