Core Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Pillar 3 disclosures relevant to a large and listed institution whilst improving production and formatting.
Produce gap analysis against regulation.
Provide input on relevant regulatory reporting project work, pro-actively supporting the MI and Projects Team with building and testing new reports.
Maintain the regulatory reporting framework to ensure it remains up to date with changes throughout the year
Manage the Regulatory Governance Forum process.
Lead on the testing of key regulatory data item.
Maintain a close relationship with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Capital markets, Risk, Credit risk and Change.
Support the Group Regulatory Governance team on regulatory horizon scanning
Maintain service level agreements for regulatory reporting datasets
Maintain governance around securitisation updates.
Control testing and regulatory reporting RCSA refresh

Experience & Knowledge

6-8 years experience in Treasury, Finance, Risk or Regulatory Reporting in banking industries
Hand on experience in a Treasury Regulatory Reporting under EBA/PRA frameworks.
Hands‑on experience in regulatory governance, control, compliance, risk management, or policy governance frameworks
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and senior management
Working knowledge on regulatory
