Role Summary
The Lead – Service Delivery, Data & Analytics is a senior individual contributor who serves as a technical delivery lead for complex Data & Analytics customer engagements.
This role works directly with airline customers and internal teams to execute well‑defined solutions, lead technical design and implementation, and ensure high‑quality delivery outcomes. The Lead partners closely with Principals and Directors on solution shaping and execution,



while remaining hands‑on with design, coding, and delivery leadership.
The Lead role represents a step beyond Senior Engineer, with increased customer exposure, technical ownership, and execution accountability, while operating with some guidance on overall solution direction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
- Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements, constraints, and delivery expectations.
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for assigned customer engagements.
- Build credibility with customer technical teams through strong execution and communication.
- Support solution shaping and estimation activities led by Principals or Directors.

Hands‑On Technical Execution
- Lead technical design and implementation for assigned delivery workstreams.
