Accountabilities:

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on CSM, FSM, and SOM capabilities, including work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and service operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
- Develop and enhance custom applications, integrations, and platform components within ServiceNow environments.
