Position Summary
You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact data science and AI solutions across teams in India. You will work closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to turn complex data into clear decisions. We value technical depth, curiosity, collaboration and ethical thinking. - Lead end-to-end development of machine learning and AI solutions, from problem definition to validation and production deployment.
- Translate business questions into technical approaches and clear, actionable insights for non-technical partners.
- Build, evaluate and validate models using supervised, unsupervised and deep learning techniques.
- Partner with engineering and data platform teams to deploy, monitor and maintain models on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and coach data scientists and analysts to grow skills and strengthen team practices.
