Description
- Product Definition/Codification functional knowledge preferred including PPM and Launch processes
- Fair understanding of Change Management and BOM management
- Understanding of product development process (GPDS) from concept to launch and critical interfaces to Codification.
- Understanding of vehicle launch / LQOS process
- Ability to effectively build relationships and teamwork both globally and cross-functionally.
- Desire and ability to transfer knowledge & build up team competency

Responsibilities
- Lead in achieving program milestones for Initial prebuild through systematic tracking of progress of Ordering table setup and timely escalation in appropriate forums
- Ensure robust late change meeting (LCM) discussion & work with program management for seamless launch.

Qualifications
- Preferrable Exposure to automation, AI/ML knowledge is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferably from Engineering
- 2 to 5 Years Experience
- Positive Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Willing to work in N. America or EU Shift Timings
