The initial focus will be on skill development for all Sales, Production & Logistics teams.
This would include:
● Design and execute orientation programs for Sales, Production & Logistic teams
● Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
● Act as a consultant to recent people for challenges they have on the job
● Observe how people interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
● Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
● Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to
overcome objections)
● Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies, and group
activities)
● Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Additional responsibilities would be:
● Inculcate a system to facilitate continuous learning for our teams
● Leverage available platforms to share content, evaluate personnel and provide ROI
on training spend
● Develop/purchase content modules as required for functional areas other than
front-end sales such as production, Logistic, marketing, technology, etc.
