Role Purpose: Reporting to the Director of People & Performance - BizTX, this role supports the delivery and implementation of the people strategy across BizTX.
Scope: Working alongside the People & Performance Team,
with a population of circa 150 employees across multiple teams based globally across India, South Africa, UK, Poland, Switzerland, Thailand, China and Australia.
This role is required to support and drive the delivery of the people agenda and flex this with the operational element to this role covering the full range of HR activities including: recruitment & assessment, development, reward, employee relations, international mobility, talent and succession management. This role is a key enabler in helping to shape and embed the culture across BizTX.
They will be the first point of contact for providing timely and proactive HR guidance, expected to be organised and carry out operational activities within their stakeholder groups, and in alignment with both values and up to date employment legislation.
