Accountabilities:

As a Staff Backend Engineer focused on AI Governance,



you will lead the design and implementation of scalable backend foundations that support secure AI adoption. You will contribute to architecture decisions, improve engineering practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable governance capabilities.
- Define and drive backend architecture for AI governance systems, including auditability, policy enforcement, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
- Design AI audit event systems, including event schemas, data pipelines, storage strategies, retention models, and export capabilities to support compliance requirements.
- Build integration layers that connect AI agent platforms with governance controls, enabling visibility and control over AI-driven actions.
- Develop technical solutions for tool governance, including metadata models, permissions, and access controls for safer AI tool usage.
