We are looking for a highly experienced Platforms Lead to help evolve our engineering infrastructure into a mature, platform-driven ecosystem that enables teams to move faster with confidence.
This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, security, compliance, reliability, and developer experience. You will play a key role in building scalable infrastructure foundations while acting as a force multiplier for engineering teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and deep technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Cloud Architecture
- Own and evolve platform and cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
- Design reusable and opinionated platform patterns instead of one-off infrastructure solutions
- Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) with:
- Self-service environments
- Golden paths and paved roads
- Standardized templates and engineering guardrails
- Lead Kubernetes and cloud-native platform adoption at scale
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools

CI/CD, Reliability & Developer Experience
- Establish and enforce robust CI/CD practices with automated qual
