Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Personalization – Customer Context Enablement Engineer to design and build real-time data and processing capabilities that enable personalized agent experiences. This role focuses on delivering customer context model across digital and assisted-service channels through event-driven pipelines,



intent-based small language models using low-latency to ultra-low-latency architectures

Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-time customer context pipelines for agent experiences.
- Build event-driven systems using Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.
- Develop stream processing applications using AWS managed Apache Flink or Databricks real-time capabilities, scalable AWS cloud-native solutions ECS, AWS Dynamodb.
- Develop services in Python and Scala for enrichment and decisioning.
- Apply test-driven development (TDD) practices.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and governance frameworks.
- Utilize Cursor for AI-assisted development productivity.Qualifications
