This role offers the opportunity to build and lead go-to-market enablement initiatives across the APAC region within a fast-growing AI technology workplace.
You will serve as the first enablement leader in the region, shaping programs from strategy through execution.
The position combines sales enablement, technical storytelling, localization, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate commercial growth.
You will design onboarding experiences, deliver training, and empower revenue teams across multiple APAC markets.
Working closely with global stakeholders, you will adapt proven frameworks while creating region-specific solutions.

Accountabilities:

As the GTM Enablement leader for APAC,



you will be responsible for creating scalable programs that improve seller productivity, strengthen market execution, and support regional expansion. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure commercial teams have the knowledge, tools, and confidence required to succeed.
- Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for APAC, including program design, content creation, delivery, and performance measurement.
- Build and manage onboarding programs for new sellers across India, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and other APAC markets.
- Deliver recurring live training sessions while continuously improving curriculum based on feedback, business priorities, and performance data.
- Localize global sales materials, including presentations, messaging frameworks, competitive resources, and product documentation, to meet regional market needs.
