Accountabilities:

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer,



you will provide advanced enterprise-level support while driving technical excellence across complex customer environments. You will be responsible for diagnosing challenging issues, improving system performance, and ensuring successful resolution of critical incidents through robust collaboration and communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural, performance, availability, and data integrity issues within distributed database environments.
- Analyze and optimize database performance, including SQL queries, system configurations, resource allocation, and workload management.
- Own high-priority customer escalations from investigation through resolution, maintaining clear communication with enterprise stakeholders throughout the process.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis for critical failures, document findings, and develop long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
