Accountabilities:





The Engagement Specialist will manage compliance-focused engagement campaigns, communicate with stakeholders, and drive successful resolution of software usage concerns. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage direct communication with end users as part of compliance and anti-piracy initiatives, guiding discussions toward successful resolutions and settlements.
- Handle challenging negotiations, overcome objections, and maintain productive conversations with contacts facing licensing or compliance concerns.
- Follow up persistently on outreach efforts, ensuring stalled conversations progress toward resolution.
- Analyze compliance data, telemetry information, and investigation findings to identify unauthorized software usage patterns and support engagement strategies.
