Accountabilities:

- Manage distributor operations,



including front-end and back-end infrastructure, to ensure smooth business performance.
- Analyze MIS reports and sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and actions to improve territory execution.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, customers, and trade partners to increase business opportunities.
- Support distributor teams by providing guidance, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to strengthen market visibility and drive sales results.
- Monitor distributor and sales team performance while identifying infrastructure or operational improvements.
- Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Improve customer service standards and strengthen market positioning within the assigned geography.
