Accountabilities:





As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution by applying Agile methodologies, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Lead technology and digital transformation projects from initiation through completion using Agile delivery practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure effective backlog management and delivery alignment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets to maintain predictable delivery.
- Act as a servant leader by identifying blockers, resolving challenges, and empowering teams to achieve project goals.
