Role Title: Learning & Development Trainer
Reports To: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Gurugram
Role Purpose:
The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D; Team to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles, aligning with the Group’s business strategy. The role will be primarily supporting our sales function to enhance the overall learning experience and ultimately enhance performance.
Core Responsibilities:-
Learning Needs Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
The primary responsibility in this area involves assessing the learning needs within the business, engaging with key stakeholders, and aligning training plans with organizational goals. It includes diagnosing capability gaps, reviewing the current learning curriculum, and ensuring learning solutions address both immediate and future business requirements.
Learning Design, Delivery & Commercial Focus
This cluster focuses on designing and delivering learning interventions that are aligned with commercial objectives, such as improving customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting talent development. Key responsibilities include developing onboarding programs, creating e-learning content, and facilitating coaching and training sessions.
Continuous Evaluation & Learning Impact Measurement
In this area, the focus is on evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and measuring their impact on business outcomes. Responsibilities include gathering feedback from participants, stakeholders, and business leaders, and utilizing this data to refine and enhance learning programs.
Administrative Responsibilities & Process Management
