This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, driving campaign execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions
- Understand client objectives and convert them into clear and actionable briefs
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, media, analytics, and production
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across social media, content, and performance channels
- Develop and maintain content calendars, project timelines, and approval trackers




- Monitor campaign performance and interpret key social media and digital metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Prepare presentations, status reports, meeting notes, and campaign updates
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital account management or client servicing within an agency environment
- Experience handling banking, financial services, or BFSI clients
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
