Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage incoming CVs and leads by opening and filing them appropriately.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential leads.
- Assist in data entry and other data-related projects.
- Post job ads across various platforms.
- Use multiple online tools and platforms to source new leads.
- Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or post-graduates eager to learn and contribute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google
