About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Recruitment to drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage hiring pipelines, and lead a small team. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and bulk hiring, especially for sales roles within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles, with a strong focus on sales hiring
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and ensure quality shortlisting
- Drive bulk hiring, walk-ins, and campus recruitment initiatives

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage, guide, and monitor a team of recruiters
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and feedback loops with internal stakeholders

Candidate Engagement & Coordination




- Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
- Ensure strong candidate engagement to minimize dropouts
- Oversee interview scheduling, offer discussions, and joining formalities

Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Ensure data accuracy in ATS/HR systems
- Continuously improve hiring processes and turnaround time

Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (team handling preferred)
- Experience hiring for sales roles (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong expertise in portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
- Proven ability in bulk hiring and managing recruitment drives
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
