Purpose of the role:
The Analyst Trainee – Healthcare is an entry-level responsible for supporting the Claims processors in processing/ reviewing healthcare claims in alignment with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and client instructions.

The role includes structured classroom and online/LMS trainings followed by supervised on-the-job practice to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with periodic updates to claim guidelines and client requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build expertise in healthcare operations through guided learning and coaching.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with standard processing systems.

- Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements. Ability to follow SOPs, process guidelines, and workflow instructions after training.
- Willingness to undergo process, compliance, and system training.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
