You will drive the expansion of a strategic slow-moving inventory reuse program across multiple business units, helping deliver measurable financial and environmental impact.
The position requires strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, procurement, and digital functions.
You will champion digital adoption, process improvement, and Lean principles to create scalable inventory management solutions.

Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end inventory reuse program roadmap, defining annual objectives related to reuse value, reserve savings, sustainability impact, and adoption metrics across business units.
- Lead the expansion of the reuse initiative into new product lines, warehouses, and operational areas by creating scalable and repeatable implementation strategies.
- Develop and present regular program reviews, dashboards, and performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
- Act as the central connector between engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and digital teams to ensure effective program execution.
