Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 4–6 years of experience specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Event Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ITOM solutions,
ensuring proactive monitoring, automation, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
ITOM Development
Configure and customize ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management).
Implement CMDB population and reconciliation strategies.
Automate workflows for infrastructure and application monitoring.
Event Management
Configure Event Management to capture, normalize, and correlate events from multiple monitoring tools.
Develop alert rules, correlation logic, and remediation workflows.
Integrate Event Management with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Integration & Automation
Build integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, Zabbix, Dynatrace).
Develop orchestration workflows for automated remediation.
Ensure smooth data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
