Accountabilities:





The role focuses on providing high-quality Workday integration support, maintaining robust client relationships, and ensuring seamless post-production operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Workday Integration solutions and enhancements that align with client business requirements across multiple industries.
- Provide post-production support by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving Workday integration issues efficiently.
- Build, maintain, and debug Workday integration components, including Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio solutions.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of integration services.
- Manage multiple client requests, tickets, and priorities while maintaining service quality and meeting delivery expectations.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing
