Your role will include overseeing,



supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware products and systems, end to end product development experience is a must
- Design, define, and simulate analog and digital circuits.
- Conduct FMEAs, Reliability and other failure analysis of HW Design
- Responsible for schematic design , CDR and change management if needed.
- Layout Review and ensure conformance to IPC standards and relevant Honeywell guidelines
- Responsible for current product transfer from R&D; to production and provide related technical document.
- Responsible for the hardware circuit problem solving and product design upgrade of the products that have been put into production
- Co-work with local FW/SW/Testing team on system level issues through the project development
- Co-ordinate with regulatory team for
