Key Responsibilities

Employee engagement & point of contact (POC): Act as the primary liaison for employees, addressing their concerns and ensuring a supportive and transparent work workplace.
Payroll & appraisal management: Manage payroll-related queries and salary discussions. oversee the appraisal process and facilitate continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Feedback & upskilling initiatives: Establish regular feedback cycles and facilitate meaningful discussions with employees to identify upskilling opportunities. Collaborate with teams to drive learning and development programs.
Onboarding & offer management: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including drafting and rolling out offer letters, and ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires.
Policy review: Evaluate and restructure the several policies to align with organizational needs and employee satisfaction, as required.
POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment) Compliance: Set up and implement a POSH framework,



ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.
General HR administration: Oversee any additional HR-related initiatives to support organizational growth and employee well-being.
Hiring & talent acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure. Partner with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and ensure timely onboarding of quality talent.
