The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Procurement Service Center Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most creative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Executing simple to moderate transactional procurement activities for assigned countries, regions, or business areas
- Supporting requisition-to-purchase order conversion and the full purchase order lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate pricing, supplier, and purchasing data in ERP and procurement systems
- Resolving routine procurement exceptions and supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders with timely issue resolution
- Responding to supplier and stakeholder inquiries with a strong customer service focus
- Supporting compliance with procurement procedures, sourcing guidelines, and internal controls
- Contributing to reporting, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Overall 2-4 years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in procuremen
