Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the institutional equity sales team across India, setting revenue targets, performance metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with buy-side institutions — including mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and global asset managers — to drive trading volume and commission income.
- Partner with research, trading, and compliance teams to deliver tailored market insights, trade ideas, and execution excellence aligned with client mandates.
- Represent the firm at sector-focused investor events, roadshows,



and conferences to enhance brand visibility and capture new mandate opportunities.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and client feedback to adapt sales messaging, product offerings, and internal workflows for maximum impact.
- Ensure full adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal compliance policies across all client interactions and sales practices.
