Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Build a robust pipeline of non-tech candidates (e.g., sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations) using ⁠LinkedIn Recruiter, ⁠Naukri, and other skilled networks.
Industry-Specific Scouting: Learn to identify and engage specialized corporate professionals tailored to the unique demands of the tech, semiconductor, manufacturing, life sciences, and finance fields.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes, conduct preliminary phone screens, and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and role competency.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
ATS Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate profiles and hiring statuses within our applicant tracking system - ⁠Zoho Recruit.
Candidate Engagement:



Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guiding them through the recruitment journey.
