As a Digital Operations Support Analyst for Cat Interact, you will join a quick-paced team working to improve customer experience and digital communications through Caterpillar’s global dealer network.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial team member with technical acumen to help shape and deliver the future of the Cat Interact platform as we expand our communication capabilities and integration touchpoints with dealer systems and the Caterpillar digital ecosystem. As a member of the Product Management team,



you’ll work closely with other team

members, stakeholders and engineering partners to provide day-to-day support to dealers in relation to product implementation, utilization, configuration, and integrations with 3rd party providers.

Responsibilities
- Assists clients with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades. Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
- Participates in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems. Escalates as per procedures.
