We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOU’s global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai.
Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications, this position will support global marketing programs including digital content, social media, website management, campaign storytelling, creative asset development, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with a solid understanding of digital media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing, who is comfortable working across teams and time zones.

What You’ll Do
Execute Global Marketing Initiatives
Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India.
Translate strategy into high-quality content, including campaign recaps, case studies, and marketing materials.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.

Manage Website & Content
Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements.
Ensure messaging aligns with active campaigns, client work, and overall brand positioning.
Monitor performance and recommend improvements to engagement and user experience.

Lead Social Media & Content Planning
Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities.
Create and publish content across corporate and executive channels.
Repurpose existing content (PR, articles, podcasts, case studies) into platform-ready formats.
Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth.

Create Marketing Assets
Design and produce marketing materials to support campaigns, communications, and sales initiatives, including:
