:Key Responsibilities
:Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects, focusing on system upgrades and enhancements
.Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
.Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom SAP ABAP applications and reports
.Ensure best practices in SAP development and coding standards are followed
.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for SAP ABAP initiatives
.Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP ABAP team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP upgrades with existing systems
.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP development and upgrades
.Evaluate and implement new SAP technologies and tools to enhance system performance and capabilities




.Liaise with external vendors and consultants for specialized SAP services and support
.Qualifications
:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
.Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points
.Proven track record of leading SAP development projects and managing technical teams
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
.Solid communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
.Certification in SAP ABAP is a plus
.Skills
:Deep knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF)
.Experience with SAP upgrade methodologies and tools
.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
.Leadership and team management skills
.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced env
