Job Role / Work Profile
Overall operation and management of the CBG plant.
Monitor biogas production, plant efficiency, and daily performance.
Plan feedstock supply (cow dung, napier grass, etc.).
Supervise digester operation, purification system, and bottling section.
Manage plant manpower and shift schedules.
Coordinate with management, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
Review daily plant operation reports and production data.
Oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshooting.
