Overview:

As the Head of Growth, you will lead our international growth journey by shaping acquisition strategy, building scalable growth channels, and creating repeatable expansion playbooks. You'll be hands-on in driving growth while building the foundation for long-term success.

What you will work on:

Scaling growth for a two-sided marketplace where supply and demand need to grow in sync.
Diversifying acquisition channels while staying true to the brand.
Driving true incrementality, not just improving attribution.
Building repeatable market-entry playbooks across multiple geographies.

What You'll Own

End-to-end international user acquisition.
Own the growth P&L;, optimising for contribution margin, payback, and sustainable growth—not vanity metrics.
Scale Meta and Google today, while building the roadmap for Apple Search Ads, programmatic, influencers, offline, and emerging channels.
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team.
Set a high bar for experimentation, analytics, and execution.
Build scalable frameworks for international expansion across the UK, the US,



the Gulf, and Southeast Asia.

What we are looking for :

7–10 years of experience in app performance marketing or growth.
Deep hands-on expertise with Meta and Google for mobile apps.
Proven experience scaling user acquisition for a consumer mobile app.
Have built or led high-performing growth teams.
Bonus if you've worked on marketplace businesses or led growth across new international markets.
