Exp: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Pan India

Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Tracking/Time Management.
Hands-on configuration experience in:
Time Tracking
Time Off
Work Schedules
Holiday Calendars
Attendance and Absence Management
Time Valuations
Overtime Rules
Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integration.
Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, CPI/BTP integrations is preferred.
Understanding of HR business processes and workforce management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and/or Time Management.




Experience working in global implementations and support projects.
Knowledge of Agile project methodology.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP HCM Time Management.
Knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, and SuccessFactors APIs.
Exposure to global payroll and workforce compliance requirements.
