Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delphi Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using Delphi (Object Pascal). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VCL-based application development, database integration, Windows APIs, and legacy application maintenance. Experience with .NET technologies will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Windows desktop applications using Delphi (Object Pascal).
Develop user-friendly and high-performance applications utilizing VCL components.
Integrate and manage databases such as MS SQL Server, SQLite, and other Delphi-supported databases.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
Utilize Windows APIs to implement system-level functionality and application enhancements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Delphi applications.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.




Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Adhere to Scrum processes, development standards, and coding best practices.
Collaborate effectively with multiple development teams and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of professional experience in Delphi / Object Pascal development.
Robust experience with Delphi 7, Delphi XE, and later versions.
Solid experience in Windows desktop application development using VCL components.
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, SQLite, and relational database design.
Strong SQL programming skills including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Experience working with Windows APIs and OS-level integrations.
Knowledge of SMTP protocol implementation.
