Role: Cyber Security IAM and PAM Engineer
Experience required: 7 to 15 years
Location: - Bangalore

Responsibility: -
Design, implement, manage, and secure IAM and PAM services for multi cloud-based and High-availability implementations.
Engages with cross-functional teams to understand access management requirements and prepare the high-level approach for the implementation.
Evaluate current IAM and PAM posture, provide integration recommendations, perform gap analysis, and manage On-Premises and Cloud Identity and Access Management related processes.
Provide technical expertise and support for incident response related to Identity and Access management tools like CyberArk, Thales,
Active Directory and Cloud based PAM solutions.
A good understanding of Privileged Access Management solutions, Microsoft Azure EntraID concepts, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access etc. should be able to provide subject matter expertise in the mentioned area.
Monitor and analyze privileged access implementation ecosystem, provides insights for improvement.
Collaborate with vendors and cybersecurity teams to envision current best practices aligned to industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify risk related to IAM and PAM, classify their severity and work towards the mitigation plan
Stay relevant with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices, and use the knowledge for enhancing security posture of the environment.
Hand on experience in cloud computing (Azure/AWS)
