We're looking for a Reservations & Customer Support Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to travellers.

As a Reservations & Customer Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless travel experience. You'll manage post-booking reservations, liaise with suppliers across Europe, and support customers by resolving travel-related issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has outstanding communication skills, and has previous experience in the travel or tourism industry.

What You’ll Do:

Process a high volume of reservations accurately using supplier portals and internal systems.
Deliver exceptional customer support by handling customer queries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings, make amendments, and resolve operational challenges.
Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
