In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable services, optimize system performance, and deliver robust software solutions that support business growth.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and working on distributed systems that require scalability, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices that support modern web and mobile applications.
Write clean, effective,



and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices.
Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design and manage database schemas, queries, and data models for high-performance applications.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Create automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Improve application security, monitoring, logging, and observability.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and promoting engineering best practices.
