We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical design and product development, with hands-on experience using SolidWorks to design, validate, and optimize mechanical systems and components. Candidates with prior exposure to the defense industry and an understanding of high-reliability engineering standards will be highly preferred.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge mechanical solutions, support prototype development, and ensure products meet stringent quality, performance, and manufacturability requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for engineering excellence.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
Perform mechanical design calculations, tolerance analysis, and component selection.
Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Develop innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design improvements based on test results.
Evaluate product performance and recommend modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability.
Apply engineering principles related to structural analysis, thermal performance, and material selection.
Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and root cause anal
