Job Description – Content Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement CoE team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be able to work UK business hours (i.e. 11:30AM – 8:30PM IST/7AM – 4PM GMT) and may occasionally need to work beyond those hours to meet deadlines.
The Sales Enablement CoE supports various Marsh businesses worldwide primarily across Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research and Creative Services.

As a Content Manager you will be at the heart of the action, supporting our sales leaders and bid teams with updated content (both RFP and slide libraries) which is organised in easy-to-access tools like QorusDocs and SlideSeeker. You will be guided and coached by senior colleagues in the UK to enhance your knowledge and understanding of our Insurance and Risk business.

We will count on you to:




Use content management tools like QorusDocs and SlideSeeker to manage and maintain content which is needed in the production of RFP responses and pitch presentations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Marsh’s solutions, to understand our sales content and keep it updated and evolved – using content management tools; to aid our bid process.
Work closely with our bid managers and designers based in Mumbai and the UK, who will be using this centralised content for RFPs / pitch-deck activities.
Support with the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and other supplier questionnaires using firm level responses.
Demonstrate ongoing ownership of our sales content and meet key targets and deliverables, for example:
Execute day-to-day administration of content
Manage content repositories and libraries, ensuring organisation, version control, and accessibility
Monitor content metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and recommend data-driven decisions.
