Support the Automatic Assembly department by operating and maintaining automated assembly machines, ensuring smooth production, quality, safety, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic assembly machines as per SOPs.
Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and production line balancing.
Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic PLC-related issues.
Coordinate with the maintenance team during machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Perform in-process quality inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Follow safety procedures, PPE guidelines, and participate in 5S, TPM, and Kaizen activities.
Maintain production and machine records,
including downtime and maintenance logs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve OEE.
Participate in structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and develop skills in automation, mechatronics, and manufacturing processes.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Valuable problem-solving, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
