PrintStop India Pvt. Ltd. is a MerchTech company running two brands: Mandaala (enterprise gifting and MerchTech platform) and PrintStop.co.in (SME e-commerce). We combine software, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics into one integrated system. Operations run from a 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Bhiwandi with 500-600 orders and approximately 1000 shipments daily, serving clients from single-piece gifting to enterprise-scale rollouts.
We are ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, and are preparing for EcoVadis ESG certification this quarter.
Purpose of the Role
This role owns PrintStop's compliance backbone. You will be the Management Representative for our ISO certifications, drive our ESG submission and improvement roadmap, and run an independent process audit programme across functions. You report directly to the CEO with the authority to challenge function heads on their compliance obligations.
This is not a documentation role. It is an accountability role.
Year 1 Priorities1. ISO 27001:2022 – Management Representative duties
Own the ISMS calendar, Management Review Meetings, Statement of Applicability maintenance and internal audit programme. Coordinate with Alcumus ISOQAR for the annual surveillance audit. Close the 12 open observations from the May 2026 recertification audit by driving function owners to evidence their controls.
ISO 9001:2015 – Management Representative duties
Coordinate with the Operations and QC leadership on quality management system maintenance. Own the certification-facing documentation, MRM cadence, and audit readiness.
EcoVadis ESG Certification
Manage the engagement with our external ESG consultant (InCorp). Own internal data collation across setting, labour, ethics and sustainable procurement. Deliver the submission this quarter. Post-submission,
