Mandatory Skills:

* Hands-on experience with NICE CXone/Incontact
* Enterprise Telephony & Contact Center Administration
* VoIP, SIP, IVR, ACD, and call routing
* Incident, Problem & Change Management
* Vendor and stakeholder coordination
* Strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities
* Experience supporting enterprise telephony or contact center platforms
* Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, call routing, and ticket handling
* Exposure to NICE CXone or similar platforms is an advantage
* Positive communication skills and willingness to learn
